Calendar Information

Gym Closure During August

  • August 2-8 the gym will be closed for annual maintenance

Camp Fees

  • Camp fees are assessed weekly, and are $195 + GST per weekly session
  • *1st Camp Week (June 29–July 3) is a 4-day camp (due to holiday closure on July 1st) and is $156+GST
    • 2 day camps ($78+GST, June 29-30 or July 2-3) are available upon request.

Monthly Fees

  • Fees are pro-rated for August to account for gym maintenance closure (August 2–8)
  • Monthly fees are assessed to include three weeks of classes within July and August's billing session, and are paid in full upon registration.

Class Cancellation

Summer registration fees (not tuition fee) are non-refundable, but you will receive $12 credit toward the fall 2026 season registration fee if requested upon enrollment.


If written notice is received via email or our website 7 days PRIOR to the start of the monthly program or weekly camp (see summer calendar) in which your child has registered, a refund for tuition fee (not registration fee) can be requested.


In ALL other cases, a credit will be issued (note: credits depreciate 25% annually from the date issued).

Camps and Programs

We offer 8 summer camp weeks in July and August (note: no camp week August 3-7 due to gym closure) for ages 3.5-12 years old which are $195 + GST per week session and run Monday-Friday, no prior gymnastics experience required. We also offer weekly classes that run through July 7th - August 22nd. See camp and monthly program descriptions below!

Camp Descriptions

The Kindergym weekly camp session is 3 hours per day, 5 days a week (15 hours total). The focus of Kindergym is on enjoyment and learning basic gymnastics movements and terminology. Our certified instructors combine games and gymnastics to promote participation, fun, and skill development. The ratio of children to instructors is ≤ 8:1.

Note: Children must be able to use the restroom independently.

Details:

  • Child must meet the minimum age requirement (3.5 years) at the camp start date
  • No parental assistance required
  • Coed
  • Must be washroom independent
  • Bring a snack & water bottle (no nuts please)

Class Fees:

  • $195/week session + GST

The recreation weekly camp session is 3 hours per day, 5 days a week (15 hours total). These camps offer a mix of skill-building activities and fun gymnastics games, designed to build confidence and a sense of accomplishment for both experienced and beginner gymnasts. The ratio of children to instructors is ≤ 10:1.

  • No experience required
  • Age groupings: 5.5–8 years and 9–12 years
  • Bring a snack & water bottle (no nuts please)

  • $195 + GST/week session

These weekly camp sessions emphasize fun and physical development with a focus on skill progressions for advanced gymnastics. (≤ 8:1 ratio)

  • Must meet pre-requisites — contact the office for registration
  • Entry based on assessment for non-members

ADVANCED REC CAMP SCHEDULE:
  • July week 2 — Morning Camp July 6–10  ·  9am–12pm
  • July week 3 — Afternoon Camp July 13–17  ·  1pm–4pm
  • July week 4 — Afternoon Camp July 20–24  ·  1pm–4pm
  • August week 2 — Afternoon Camp August 10–14  ·  1pm–4pm

Program Descriptions

Parents assist their children by providing spotting support and maintaining focus throughout the session. Parent & Tot and Kindergym classes are held concurrently. Activities include the use of bars, beams, trampolines, springboards, tumble and air tracks, and floor exercises. The child-to-instructor ratio is ≤ 8:1.

Note: All parents must sign a separate waiver in addition to their child's.

Please Note:

  • Parental participation required; adult waiver required
  • Please be careful of uneven surfaces with changing levels of support in the gym

Tuesday and/or Thursday:

  • 8:10–8:55am (45 minutes)
    • One day a week: $47.25 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $75.60 + GST/mo.

Saturday:

  • 8:25–9:25am, 9:35–10:35am, or 11:00–12:00pm (1 hour)
    • Once a week: $56.25 + GST/mo.
    • Twice a week: $90.00 + GST/mo.

The focus of Kindergym is on enjoyment and learning basic gymnastics movements and terminology. Attention is given to safe physical development, proper body placement, and age-appropriate skills. Children gain confidence in elements involving rotation, landing, balance, flight, swing, and spring. The ratio of children to instructors is ≤ 8:1.

Note: Children must be able to use the restroom independently.

For summer programs, monthly fees are assessed/pro-rated from the 1st of the month and paid in full upon registration.

  • No parental assistance required (Co-ed)
  • Must be washroom independent

Tuesday and/or Thursday:

  • 8:10–8:55am (45 minutes)

    • Two days a week: $75.60 + GST/mo.
  • 4:15–5:30pm (1 hour 15 minutes)
    • One day a week: $64.50 + GST/mo.

  • 9:35–10:50am or 11:00–12:15pm (1 hour 15 minutes)

Our recreational programs blend fun with engaging challenges, helping participants build confidence and a sense of achievement. Instruction covers all Olympic gymnastics events and trampoline. The ratio of children to instructors is ≤ 8:1.

  • 4:15–5:30pm (1 hour 15 minutes)
    • One day a week: $64.50 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $103.20 + GST/mo.

  • 8:25–9:25am (1 hour)
    • One day a week: $56.25 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $90.00 + GST/mo.
  • 9:35–10:50am or 11:00–12:15pm (1 hour 15 minutes)
    • One day a week: $64.50 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $103.20 + GST/mo.

These programs continue to emphasize fun and physical development with an emphasis on skill progressions for advanced gymnastics. (≤ 8:1 ratio)

  • Entry based on assessment for non-members

Tuesday and/or Thursday:

  • 4:15–6:15pm (2 hours)
    • One day a week: $87.75 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $140.40 + GST/mo.

This introductory course is designed for teenagers with little or no previous gymnastics experience. The program format mirrors that of the Advanced Recreation class. (≤ 8:1 ratio)

For summer programs, monthly fees are assessed/pro-rated from the 1st of the month and paid in full upon registration.

Tuesday or Thursday:

  • 4:15–6:15pm (2 hours)
    • One day a week: $87.75 + GST/mo.
    • Two days a week: $140.40 + GST/mo.

Whether your goal is to master beginner-level skills such as a handstand, cartwheel, or handspring, or to regain proficiency in previously learned gymnastics techniques, this program accommodates all skill levels and objectives. Students are grouped according to similar experience and learning goals. The program places a strong emphasis on floor exercises and trampoline skills. Attending classes twice per week allows for consistent stretching and strength training. (≤ 10:1 ratio)

Annual Registration, Payment Methods & Policies

Non-Member Registration Fee

  • A non-refundable casual registration and insurance fee of $26.25 is applied to students who are not enrolled in the 2025/2026 season.
  • A credit of $12 will be applied toward the annual Fall 2026/2027 registration fee, if requested.

Payment Options:

  1. Online Registration — Register and pay online through the parent portal provided by Studio Director using a Visa debit or credit card.* *2.4% surcharge (non-refundable) applies to all credit card transactions.
  2. Register via email or phone — Contact the office during office hours for assistance with online registrations.

Enrollment is continuous, and fees are prorated for students registering after the session has started.

  • Summer registration fee (casual registration and insurance fee) is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are available upon request for the tuition fee if written notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the start of the monthly program or weekly camp.
  • Cancellations received after the 7-day period will result in a class/camp credit. All credits depreciate 25% annually from the anniversary date issued.
  • Makeup classes are available for $5.25 for absences reported a minimum of 3 hours in advance via website, email or phone.
  • Makeup classes require active registration and current fees paid in full.
  • Makeup classes are not guaranteed and can only be booked 24 hours prior to the date that you would like to attend, space permitting.
  • Makeup classes can be booked via the website or by contacting the office.
  • No refunds for missed classes.
  • Makeup classes expire on December 31, 2026.
  • Makeup classes are available for $10.50 for absences reported a minimum of 3 hours in advance via website, email or phone.
  • Makeup classes are booked 24 hours prior to the date that you would like to attend, space permitting.
  • Makeup classes can be booked via the website or by contacting the office.
  • No refunds for missed camp days.
  • Makeup classes expire on August 31, 2026.
  • Trial classes are encouraged for students looking to join any of our programs.
  • Trial classes are available for $15.75.
  • To schedule a trial class, please contact the office no more than 7 days in advance.
  • Trial classes do not guarantee future class placement.
  • Drop-in classes are available for youth programs, space permitting.
  • Drop-in classes cost $26.25.* *Casual registration and insurance fee of $26.25 applied for non-members.
  • Adult drop-ins for flexibility, handstands, and other specialty classes are available for $21.00.* *Contact the office for availability and scheduling.
  • Your payment reserves your class placement, regardless of attendance.
  • Please contact the office for any status changes.
  • To cancel class placement, cancellation must be in written notice via email.
  • Vic City Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or change class/camp times; notification will be provided, and rescheduling or refunds are provided at our discretion.
  • Coach's absence may affect class ratios, but all efforts are made to minimize disruptions.
  • Temporary substitutions or co-ed classes may be used as necessary.
  • Students who have learning challenges or medical conditions — their parents must disclose them to the office upon registration.* *e.g. epi pens or severe allergies.
