FAQ
Can my child participate while injured?
No, unfortunately not. If your child is in a cast or is injured a doctor's note is needed before they can return to classes!
How do monthly class payments work?
We charge on the 1st of every month. Each month’s payment includes 4 classes, once per week (unless specified that class frequency is more than once a week). Class length will vary from 1 hour to 2 hours. Your payment is to reserve class placement for that specific class, not to be eligible for any four classes.
What do I do if I am going to miss a class?
Please report a future absence to the office. If you are going to miss a class, please report it in advance by contacting the office or using the report an absence feature on our website.
How do I register for a class?
In order to enroll for classes, you must first have an account created for Victoria Gymnastics Downtown on Studio Director. Once your account has been created, you should be able to view classes online. For accurate and current information on class availability, please email or call the office.
